European-trained Chef Claude and Uli have been pleasing American diners since making the United States their home many years ago. Chef Claude, a native of Normandie, France, has cooked in some of the world's best kitchens, including Maxim's in Paris, the Connaught (Chef Saucier) in London, and Ernie's in San Francisco. Culinary school graduate Uli orchestrates matters in the dining room, welcomes guests, and makes them feel very much at home. Affordably priced American and Continental cuisine. Chef Claude uses "only the freshest and highest quality ingredients" to create great food similar to that for which they have received numerous accolades in the past.
