Moe combines his favorite flavors from road trips through the Southwest with his favorite music from days gone by. The food at Moe’s is very fresh, with the ingredients of the food you eat at lunch prepared that morning; if you come for dinner, the ingredients were prepared that afternoon...”all fresh, all from scratch.” They don’t even HAVE a freezer! Chicken and steak are marinated and grilled. Moe’s does not use lard or animal fat. The menu at Moe’s is tempting, reasonably priced and genuinely amusing. Food is prepared at a production line/counter as you watch, however you want it. It starts out with very mild seasoning, but can be “jazzed up” if you wish. A Kid’s Menu and carry-out are available. Continuous service from lunch through dinner, every day.
